Launch requirement
This production website package contains the privacy-page surface, but the final notice must be reviewed and approved for Oltremare JET's actual legal entity, jurisdictions, analytics, CRM, email, portal, retention practices and data providers before public commercial launch.
Current operating principle
Oltremare JET should collect only information needed to respond to inquiries, provide advisory services, operate authenticated client features, maintain security, and send marketing communications where permitted. Marketing consent is separate from a service inquiry, and suppression/opt-out controls take precedence.
